The concept is inspired by chess, reinterpreted through a playful 1970s lens. Bold contrasts, graphic patterns, and a vibrant colour palette create a dynamic and expressive interior identity, where black and white checkerboard motifs act as a unifying element throughout the space.

Warm tones, soft textures, and sculptural furniture introduce a relaxed, retro atmosphere, while carefully selected details add rhythm and character. The result is a space that feels both graphic and inviting, balancing clarity with a subtle sense of nostalgia.

Full-scope delivery from concept design through detailed design, tender documentation, and contractor procurement, including negotiation of offers and contracts. The role also covered procurement coordination, including ordering and delivery management, full construction supervision, investor reporting, and ongoing coordination with contractors and suppliers to ensure the design intent was consistently executed.
