Junior Interior Designer

Role

Support the design team across hospitality, commercial, and private projects. Work on concept development, design documentation, and visual materials under the guidance of senior designers.

Responsibilities

• Preparing drawings and layouts
• Assisting with concept development and material selection
• Creating presentations and moodboards
• Supporting FF&E and custom joinery documentation
• Collaborating with the project team during design development

Requirements

• Degree in interior design or architecture
• Up to 1–3 years of experience
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
• Basic understanding of materials, furniture, and spatial design
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Work model

Hybrid, 3 days per week from the studio in Warsaw.

Senior Interior Designer

Role

Lead interior design projects from concept through implementation, with a strong focus on hospitality and commercial interiors. Take responsibility for design quality, coordination, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Leading concept development and design direction
• Preparing and overseeing design documentation
• Managing FF&E, materials, and custom joinery design
• Coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Supporting fit-out and implementation phases
• Participating in client presentations and decision-making

Requirements

• Degree in interior design or architecture
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial projects
• Strong spatial and material sensibility
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray and Adobe Suite
• Experience working with contractors and real-world implementation
• Independence, responsibility, and clear communication
